Ingredients and Allergens:
Coriander, cumin, chili, dried mango, melon, salt, fenugreek leaves, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon stick, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom.
May contain traces of sulfur dioxide and sulfites.
Preparation:
Grind 6 garlic cloves, 60g onion, and 15g ginger. Add ½ tsp Deggi Mirch and 1 tsp salt to make a paste. Apply this paste thoroughly to the cleaned, washed chicken (approx. 800g). Place the marinated chicken on a rack in a pressure cooker. Add ¾ glass of water and cook under pressure for 10 minutes. Once the pressure is released, remove the chicken and make cuts on the breast and legs. Then mix 20g Tandoori BBQ Masala, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp Deggi Mirch, 1 tsp gram flour, 3 tsp lemon juice, and 3 tsp water. Apply this mixture to the chicken, both inside the cavities and in the cuts. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C or in a tandoor for 15 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven and drizzle with 25g cooking oil. Place it back in the oven or tandoor and cook until tender. Serve hot.
